Drizzley Monday Blues-With my new USB mic

This is my first effort with my new USB mic. I had been hoping that I wouldn't have to spend money on a mic to get decent sound but I have to admit that except for the keyboard, everything I've tried using a standard mic has been way too noisy. This mic cost less than $100 so it's not an exotic weird expense.

The tune is more or less Stormy Monday, but I never learned it correctly. The opening break is a hammer-on from Whipping Post (I think). Fun tune to jam with, blues in G, but the turnaround can be tough (G-A-B then drop to B-flat then D9(11)).

Inline recording of 8 miles high on acoustic guitar

Never preview an inline recording. It will break your heart.

It looks as though the audio streams out OK, even to fairly long clips. But if you hit preview, from within the Riffly dialog loop, It takes quite a long time to stream back so the window just sits there for several minutes. Houmsoever,........in the next few minutes, it's not unreasonable to try something else. In which case your buffer is lost somewhere in Riffly central, and you have no recording.

I need to check and see if there's a way of hiding that option from users. Also if the clip's still recoverable from Riffly. The tag is probably in the local database so it shouldn't be too tricky unless they reuse tags quickly.

If you skip that first preview, then you get a preview for the note itself, and that will work.
