Useless Road Signs

OK,
I don't know who else has seen this sort of thing but in driving around central and south Texas it's just about unavoidable; "Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone". Ok, you're driving along. You see the sign. What exactly is it that, as a motorist, you're supposed to do then?
don't relieve yourself within the proximity i that posted sign... look for higher ground
